Welcome to myQissah. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, store, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

myQissah operates this website and store and is responsible for all products sold through it. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our Services to you. However, any purchases you make are made directly with myQissah, not with Shopify.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including billing and shipping details, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Our products are personalized printed books made specifically according to the information you provide at checkout. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, including names, spellings, and dates, are accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

All product descriptions, images, and representations on our website are provided for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing processes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order becomes binding only when we confirm acceptance and receive payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Because our books are personalized and made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that personalized products are exempt from the standard withdrawal period once production has started.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or a person designated by you.

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the conditions under which replacements or refunds may be provided.

All content on this website, including text, illustrations, story content, branding, designs, logos, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of myQissah and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myQissah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or carrier interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
