Thank you for choosing myQissah. Each book is personalized and printed on demand specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

Production time typically ranges between 2–5 business days. However, production times may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and the capacity of our printing partners. All production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped from the nearest available print partner. Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location. For orders within The Netherlands and Belgium, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days after shipment. For other European destinations, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom generally arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. For the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Other international destinations may require 5–14 business days. These shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs processing, or local conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Where possible, orders are fulfilled through regional printing partners in order to reduce delivery times and minimize potential customs duties. However, depending on the destination country and local regulations, customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may be applied by local authorities. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

While we work with trusted production and shipping partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times provided are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us through the Contact Form available on our website within 14 days after the expected delivery date so we can investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss remains with myQissah until the goods are delivered to you or to a person designated by you at the delivery address.
